Low cost web hosting was the result of Globat’s founder Ben Neumans efforts in addition to some others. This happened when he founded Internet Communications in 1995 (icom.com). He sold this to Interliant and today this dotcom is owned by Interland.
After the dot com bust in 2001, many people were frustrated with their web hosting companies. Ben decided to again create a new and innovative company. That company was Globat!
