Making money with Adsense is easier than you think as long as you follow these simple tips:

1. Always place ads above title or fold

This is what the viewer sees right away when they click on any site on the web. A page fold. Most people will see the ads first because they appear first.

2. Never put more than 3 ads on a page Very important for a few reasons. For starters, Google does not allow for this and it can get you banned. 2nd, it looks way too commercial and cheesy. Most people will get turned off immediately.

3. Medium Rectangles are the way to go Use the 250 x 250. Very attractive and not an eye sore for readers. Most best results come from this size. Experiment with placing also.

4. Blend, Blend, and Blend ! This is NOT new but for some reason, people still forget to do this very important tip. Blend your colors to match your web site or blog. Make it more natural and eye soothing for the reader. When you achieve this, it will look as if you almost have no ads and thus become more “click able” and enticing for people to click them.

5. Links Are Blue Even though I just mentioned blending above, links should stay blue. It may be off a little if your web site has a lot of browns or oranges but the reason for this is most people are familiar with the color blue when it comes to links. This is a proven FACT !

6. Set up your personal Channel This may not seem to make you more money at first but when you are actually able to see your stats and are able to view which links and ads are getting more hits than others, you will know which ones to delete, move, change or keep in place.

These are the tips that I follow on the majority of my sites. Now, I am NOT saying you can retire from your day job just yet with Adsense and these tips but you sure can boost your earnings if you just follow them. The other side here is that if you choose not to implement these tips, you will most likely be missing out on some good money.For sure.
